Yashica 35 (First Model) Vintage Rangefinder Film Camera

Yashica’s first 35mm rangefinder camera. The original model is a compact, fully mechanical camera with no light meter, and a nice collector’s piece. This is the rarer version with a 45mm f/1.9 lens.

• Camera has been film tested, and all functions are working.
• Body is in great condition with minor cosmetic wear.
• Viewfinder is clear with minimal dust. The rangefinder is aligned properly horizontally, and slightly off vertically but still easy to focus.
• The 45mm f/1.9 lens is clean apart from haze in the middle element. This makes photos softer / less contrasty, especially when shooting into bright light. The focus ring is smooth, a little on the heavier side to turn but perfectly usable.
• Light seals are in good condition.
• Comes with a lens cap and the original Yashica leather case.
