The Pentax K1000 is a fully mechanical, manual exposure film camera that’s perfect for beginners.

  • Camera has been film tested, and all functions are working apart from the light meter. You can use a light meter app on your phone, or Sunny 16 (an easy rule to guess exposures using available light).
  • Body is in good condition with some cosmetic wear and a small bump to the top.
  • Viewfinder has some dust, but nothing that affects visibility in use.
  • The 55mm f/1.8 lens is clean with a little haze that doesn’t affect photos, and it works well.
  • Light seals have been replaced.
  • Comes with a lens cap.
